Officer Bylund

Ha ha, that sounds funny. But one day in the near future, that is what I will be known as! Yes, I start at the law enforcement academy on September 9th!!! I'm very nervous but rather excited as well. I have to wear a military style uniform with military style boots, polished and everything. I'm sure it will be quite the site...but hey, watch your rear view mirrors because in a year it could be me pulling you over! :)

I certainly hope that if you pull me over in Springville, where the stinkin speed limit is only THIRTY. miles.per.hour. you will have mercy on our little family and pity the fact that we couldn't afford a ticket. :O) Especially on our pay...and yes, you know how little it really is. Indeed, I saw the 14 hour work week explanation. I'm telling you, you should've told Jeanne to give you a little bit of rest and give me a little more work. Anyway, it's fun to see the real Colbie, outside of work; down and dirty....even, what?! Somewhat emotional?! Man, I have got to get a little more of that! Seriously, I know what it's like to have a missionary. All I can do is encourage you. Plus, even though I'm not encouraging it like for long-term, eternal purposes or anything, I think you and my brother should be friends. You are totally like my little sister and brother combined. He is obsessed with any and all things bands. At the very least, you could totally be music buds because he is ENTIRELY into that sort of thing. See ya. Hope the wedding was fantastic!
